The peninsula of Lège-Cap-Ferret is ideally located between the Bassin d'Arcachon and the Atlantic Ocean. On foot or by bike, we advise you to go to the national forest of Lège-Cap offering more than 7000 hectares of nature. We also invite you to visit the authentic villages of Lègue, Petit Piquey, Piraillan, Le Canon, etc. The region is known to be home to a large number of cycle paths.

Do not miss the emblem of the region, the Cap-Ferret Lighthouse, built in 1944 and measuring 53 m. At the top, you will get a superb panorama of the ocean, the Dune du Pilat and the Bassin d'Arcachon.

Arcachon Bay

The Bassin d'Arcachon offers many activities for families and for lovers of wide open spaces. From one of the many ports in the region, take a cruise through the Bassin d'Arcachon, you can go near the bird island with its tchanquées cabins or the Banc d'Arguin. One of the essentials of the Bassin d'Arcachon is the guided tour of an oyster bed with tasting. We also advise you to go to Arcachon with its 5 fine sandy beaches, its Château Deganne and the Pointe de l'Aiguillon district.

The beaches

A stone's throw from the hotel, you will be on the beaches of Cap-Ferret. You can swim, sunbathe under the Gironde sun or practice a nautical activity. Learn to surf on the ocean beach of the Garonne or to sail with the Cercle Nautique du Cap Ferret .

The Dune of Pilat

A few kilometers from our establishment, don't miss the symbol of the region, the Dune du Pilat. The highest dune in Europe will impress you with its exceptional dimensions, its nature and its panorama. On one side, you will find green nature and on the other, the ocean as far as the eye can see. Take a ride on the famous Dune du Pilat.
