General booking conditions
Bookings :
Your booking will only be firm and final once our hotel has confirmed availability.
We will send you a quotation according to availability as quickly as possible. Once you receive our quotation (by email, fax, mail or telephone) you have 72 hours to confirm your booking first by telephone, then by paying us a deposit.
Deposit :
Bookings are only confirmed when we receive from you a deposit of 25% of the total amount payable for a stay lasting more than 4 nights, or the amount equivalent to one night’s rate for a booking of 1 to 4 nights. The deposit will be deducted or refunded at the end of your stay, depending on what was agreed when the booking was made.
Cancelling, postponing or shortening your stay :
If for whatever reason the booking has to be cancelled, postponed or shortened, the hotel owner has the right to keep the deposit (article 1590 of the French Civil Code). This article makes no provision for situations of force majeure, such as professional reasons, illness or death.
Nor is there any time limit for cancellations: the decision lies with the hotel owner. For our hotel, notice of cancellation must be given at the latest 20 days before the stay commences (for the period from 1st July to 1st September) and at the latest 10 days before the stay commences for the remaining periods in the year.
Arrival time :
If your booking was made at the last minute, in which case it was not possible to send a deposit, your room will be held until 17.00. If we have had no news from you after this time, nor do we have your credit card number as a guarantee, the booking will not be held.
Arrival :
We will do our very best to ensure that your room is ready in the shortest possible time. You should however allow for it not being available until 14.00.
